BOOKING POLICY
please read below, my policys are put into place so I can run my business correctly and to continue to give the best products & service possible for my clients
When booking your service you are booking out an allocated time that fits into my working day
All bookings require a 50% deposit this is used to secure your appointment
Deposits are non refundable but can be moved to a later date for any changes made up to 48 hours before your appointment
Any changes with in 48 hours of your appointment such as a date change or cancellation results in your deposit is taken as a cancellation fee
A no show on the day of your appointment requires the full cost of your appointment booked before any future bookings are made
Any changes to your service booked on the day of your appointment will not be possible & you will still be charged full price for your original service booked
